CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements executed at relative high intensity. This means that every workout will challenge your body in a variety of ways with functional movements that are necessary and common in your every day life. Every workout will be different so you won't get bored. A lot of people think CrossFit is just for athletes, we are here to tell you that it's for EVERYONE! No matter your age, size, or fitness level, every workout can be modified to each individual.
**There are two different CrossFit memberships
Unlimited classes/month and 12 sessions/month.
Personal training can be the quickest way to get the results you want because every session will be geared to your own specific needs and goals. Whether you want more one on one coaching, rehabbing an injury, have specific goals, or want to learn a new movement, personal training can help you reach any goal. Personal training can be one day a week, or multiple days for whatever duration.
**Personal training can be added on to your current CrossFit membership or as a stand alone program.
Individualized or Online programming is a great way to maximize your training. Everything will be programmed for you from extra work in addition to normal classes or a complete start to finish program based on your goals. Some reasons you may want to consider online programming are: to get your first pull up, learn how to perform a muscle up, want extra programming on top of what a class offers, or to become a better athlete for those looking to compete at a higher level.
**Can be added on to your current CrossFit membership or as a stand alone program. This program also extends remotely to people no matter their location.
This program is designed for the individuals that have little to no CrossFit experience. Within this program, we offer personal training sessions to instruct on proper movement mechanics and educate on the various movements you will see in CrossFit classes. Along with these training sessions, you will have the opportunity to take certain CrossFit classes to apply what you have learned. A free nutrition consultation is also included.
This program is designed for any athletes of any age or sport that want to become better both physically and mentally by enhancing sports specific abilities while also decreasing the risk of injury. We will accomplish this by improving strength, speed, power, conditioning, agility, balance and coordination. These sessions can be done in a small groups or an entire team at once.
We believe that nutrition is the foundation of your health and wellness. We are surrounded by food, supplements and many different diets leaving lots of confusion and uncertainty. We want to change the way you think about nutrition. Our program does not include diets or weight loss pills--- we focus on creating healthier lifestyle habits that lead to sustainable results. We provide education, accountability, and create individualized plans.
