At Honor Fitness, we offer a variety of programs designed to help you reach your fitness goals, no matter your experience level. Whether you're just starting out, looking to push past plateaus, or aiming to compete at a higher level, we have a program tailored to meet your needs.


Each program is led by our certified coaches and focuses on functional movements, strength, conditioning, and injury prevention.

CROSSFIT CLASSES

INDIVIDUALIZED/ONLINE PROGRAMMING

PERSONAL TRAINING

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements executed at relatively high intensity. This means every workout will challenge your body in a variety of ways using movements that are essential and common in everyday life. Every workout is different, so you won’t get bored. These CrossFit classes are for EVERYONE! No matter your age, size, or fitness level, every workout can be modified for the individual.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 Personal training can be the quickest way to achieve the results you want because every session is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one coaching, recovering from an injury, working toward a specific goal, or wanting to learn a new movement, personal training can help you get there. Sessions can be scheduled once a week or multiple times per week, for any duration that fits your needs.


**Personal training can be added on to your current CrossFit membership or as a stand alone program.

INDIVIDUALIZED/ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Individualized or online programming is a great way to maximize your training. Everything is programmed specifically for you—whether it's supplemental work in addition to regular classes or a complete start-to-finish plan based on your goals.


**Can be added on to your current CrossFit membership or as a stand alone program. This program also extends remotely to people  no matter their location.

CROSSFIT ON-RAMP PROGRAM

INDIVIDUALIZED/ONLINE PROGRAMMING

INDIVIDUALIZED/ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Designed for individuals with little to no CrossFit experience. It includes personal training sessions focused on proper movement mechanics and educating you on the various movements you’ll encounter in CrossFit classes. In addition to these training sessions, you'll have the opportunity to attend specific CrossFit classes to apply what you've learned. A free nutrition consultation is also included.

This program is designed for athletes of any age or sport who want to improve both physically and mentally by enhancing sport-specific abilities while also reducing the risk of injury. We will achieve this by improving strength, speed, power, conditioning, agility, balance, and coordination. These sessions can be conducted in small groups or with an entire team at once.

Providing coaching for athletes of any age or sport who want to improve both physically and mentally by enhancing sport-specific abilities while also reducing the risk of injury. NUTRITION COACHING

We believe that nutrition is the foundation of your health and wellness. We are surrounded by food, supplements, and many different diets, which can create confusion and uncertainty. We want to change the way you think about nutrition. Our program does not include diets or weight-loss pills—we focus on creating healthier lifestyle habits that lead to sustainable results. We provide education, accountability, and create individualized plans.
