Andrew started his CrossFit journey while on deployment to Kuwait in 2018. He started attendance slowly as he was doing his own programming on deployment but ended up loving the progress being made from CrossFit so much that he was a regular attendee for classes. He enjoyed everything about the atmosphere of CrossFit from the camaraderie with colleagues and friends to competitions the box put on from time to time. As soon as Andrew returned

from deployment, he found the nearest CrossFit gym to his home and hasn’t looks back.

Recently, Andrew decided he wanted to take his love for CrossFit to the next level and become a certified CrossFit trainer and completed his level 1 online due to the pandemic. Andrew is an enthusiastic trainer who just loves to be around people and help motivate them for their goals and see them succeed.

Andrew is a self-proclaimed nerd by trade. He tinkers with electronics both for his work and at home. He 3d prints for fun, build microcomputers, and programs computer automations. He is also an anything outdoor enthusiast for things such as golf, disc golf, pickle ball, and yard games. Andrew is married to Danielle (another member at Honor Fitness) and they have two dogs and a cat.
