Alex graduated with a degree in Kinesiology and coached both professional and non-professional athletes for several years. While in college, Alex played 5 years of collegiate football at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul. After college, Alex played semi-pro football to fulfill his passion for competitive sports. After changing his professional passions, Alex began exploring CrossFit in 2017 as an outlet for his competitiveness. After years of doing CrossFit, Alex got the itch to get back into coaching and since has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know members on a different level. Alex’s coaching passion is to expand in his expertise and bring new teachings, methods, and movements to Honor Fitness for the members and staff.
